Looking Ahead to Bright Skies
 | | Lois N. Skillings President | These past few months have been monumental for many reasons. We continue to provide our community many resources in support of the pandemic including the COVID-19 Information Line, drive-thru Testing Site, and a large-scale Vaccination Clinic, while also caring for those who have COVID-19 in the outpatient and inpatient settings. We are immeasurably grateful for the team at Mid Coast–Parkview Health. The providers, nurses, clinicians, and support staff throughout the system are constantly fulfilling our mission by going above and beyond to ensure that our patients and community members receive the absolute best care possible. Now that the CDC has opened vaccine eligibility to anyone 16 and over, we have begun to see the bright skies ahead, but we are not out of the woods yet. In order to get back to any semblance of normalcy, it's important to get the vaccine when you can, and remember to continue to follow safety measures in place to stop the spread of this virus. Even after vaccination, in order to remain safe, please wear a mask in public, practice social distancing, and continue good hand hygiene. Be safe and be well!
