As we set out on our mission to transform healthcare, we outlined a detailed plan and vision for the future of health in our community. Now several years into that journey, we have begun to see these ideas come to fruition, paving the way for a future of health and wellness in our community.
Offering free community flu shot clinics; providing care for our aging population; opening new primary care offices that focus on patient-centered care; and creating programs and resources that prevent chronic disease, are all signs of a new way of delivering healthcare. These are just some examples of the many ways Mid Coast continues to lead our community through transition into a new world of healthcare.
