I have found the Virgin Pulse program helps keep me accountable for my activity levels. The corporate challenges really fire up my competitive side—I love challenges! I’m committed to my team, so I make sure I hit 10,000 steps each day.

My activity tracker keeps me informed, and I found I am sticking with exercise more than I ever have in the past. I used to focus on the number of steps I took. Now, I focus on getting 30 minutes of exercise at least five days a week.

Also, using the Friends Steps feature on Virgin Pulse allows me to benchmark with my friends, which also helps motivate me through the spirit of friendly competition. It keeps me on the move.

The Virgin Pulse program has made it easier for me to resume activity goals, even if I get thrown off. It has made a difference for me, and it’s a lot of fun!
