The Spotlight Award is a Mid Coast–Parkview Health honor recognizing the commitment of employees, both clinical and non-clinical, in supporting our mission of caring for the health of our community.
Honorees embody the values of Mid Coast–Parkview Health: excellence, compassion, partnership, stewardship, and integrity.
Employees can be nominated by colleagues, patients, families, or other members of the community. Honorees will be chosen by a committee of Mid Coast–Parkview Health leadership and staff throughout the year.
All Mid Coast–Parkview Health employees (except nurses) are all eligible for the Spotlight Award. Nurses are instead eligible for The DAISY Award, a separate accolade given to nurses around the world.
Awards will be given to employees throughout the Mid Coast–Parkview Health system, including those working at Mid Coast Hospital, Mid Coast Senior Health, CHANS Home Health & Hospice, Mid Coast Medical Group, as well as the Mid Coast Hospital Walk-In Clinic and Mid Coast Hospital Parkview Campus.
